1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ORO ("the Service"), operated by ORO Fitness Inc., a Florida corporation ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ORO is a platform that connects fitness coaches (coaches) with their clients. Coaches can publish workout programs, nutrition plans, ebooks, merchandise, and community content. Clients can follow programs, track nutrition, log progress, and engage with their coach's community.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: ORO is not medical advice.

The content on ORO (workouts, nutrition plans, etc.) is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program. Use at your own risk.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, comments, messages). By posting, you grant ORO a non-exclusive license to display your content within the Service. You are responsible for your content and must not post anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes others' rights.

6. Coach Content

Coaches retain ownership of their content (programs, ebooks, videos). Clients who purchase or access coach content receive a personal license to use it but may not redistribute it.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features (ebooks, merchandise, subscriptions) are processed through Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORO Fitness Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
